Let’s spend a day together so you can introduce me to your school! We’ll observe your students, teachers, and leaders in action, stamping the bright spots to keep doing and identifying the single, highest-leverage “big rock” opportunity to take your school to the next level. Then, we’ll spend the afternoon planning so you have a clear roadmap for how to move even closer to your vision.

Leadership Coaching

Whether you’re turning a “big rock” into pebbles, implementing your learning from PD, or executing your strategic plan, allow me to consistently support your work through regularly scheduled coaching. We’ll take advantage of the opportunity to co-plan for key upcoming leadership moments on your calendar, develop your skill even further through targeted feedback, monitor your action plan to troubleshoot as needed, and ensure you have the skills and resources to make your learning stick and drive toward impact.

Professional Development

Invest in yourself and your leadership team through engaging, practice-based PD that will equip you with new skills to implement immediately. Develop a common language and consistent approach to enhancing your school culture, providing feedback to teachers, analyzing and responding to student data, and more. Choose between in-person and virtual PD options. If needed, I’m eager to roll up my sleeves and model teacher-facing PD for your team as well!

Strategic Planning

Let’s zoom out and analyze multiple sources of data to think big picture about your top priorities, zero in on key goals and benchmarks, and then detail the key actions to get you there. Then, we’ll create simple, easy-to-use tools to help you monitor progress so you can celebrate wins, identify opportunities, and be informed in the pivots you’ll make along the way to achieve your goals.
