We’ll observe your students, teachers, and leaders in action, stamping the bright spots to keep doing and identifying the single, highest-leverage “big rock” opportunity to take your school to the next level. Then, we’ll spend the afternoon planning so you have a clear roadmap for how to move even closer to your vision.

Leadership Coaching

Whether you’re turning a “big rock” into pebbles, implementing your learning from PD, or executing your strategic plan, allow me to consistently support your work through regularly scheduled coaching.
